How We Did It
Actively listen and research project needs in order to provide strategic marketing recommendations to improve Primestor’s engagement with the communities it serves and the projects it develops. Our services include market research, community engagement, content development, social media management, communications, PR, and internal marketing operations and management systems review and recommendations.
Our efforts have resulted in the acute engagement with community through in-person and new digital media outreach. We developed robust internal management systems including implementing a project management system to track progress across the project and multiple touch points with community, including a website, social media, print collateral, surveys and engagement opportunities through live events. Our support has increased the effectiveness of outreach to the new City of Norwalk Entertainment District project, which with the help of the community, supported in naming “The Walk”, and multiplied the community engagement tenfold. We've continued to support Primestor on other development initiatives such as the Panorama City Mall in the San Fernando Valley.
